The original Euclid Tavern was open from 1909 until 2001 and over the years, Euclid Tavern has hosted bands such as Mr. Stress, the JiMiller Band, Pavement and the Jesus Lizard. Euclid Tavern was a setting for the movie Light of Day, starring Michael J. Fox and Joan Jett and Co-owners Mike Ciofani and Dave Ciofani recently made an investment in renovating the Euclid Tavern.
The Euclid Tavern reopened its doors on January 25th, 2008, with new menus, a fresh interior, and and exciting lineup of new and returning bands. The Euclid Tavern will continue to be a vital part of the University Circle neighborhood.
